Job summary

Kyndryl Bengaluru invites experienced technologists to join a dynamic team that designs and delivers mission‑critical IT infrastructure. You will tackle complex issues, optimize systems, and drive end‑to‑end integrations across hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes.
• Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities.
• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability.
• Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions.
• Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies.
• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation.
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors.
• Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians.
• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high-impact results.
• Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
• Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects.
• Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles.

The Role
