Job summary

Zydus Medtech Private Limited in Ahmedabad is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Operator to run molding machines safely and efficiently on the shop floor.

The candidate should have ITI or Diploma, be willing to work in shifts, and have experience in clean room molding with basic inspection and troubleshooting skills to ensure consistent quality parts.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma graduates with relevant manufacturing training.
• Experience in clean room molding is preferred.
• Good understanding of inspection and measurement basics.
• Basic troubleshooting skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Start-up and shut-down the machine as per SOP.
• Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, holding time and cycle time.
• Monitor mold operation, hot runner/cold runner system and auxiliaries.
• Check molded parts for visual defects such as short shot, flash, sink mark, burn mark, weld line and warpage.
• Perform first-piece inspection and routine in-process quality checks.
• Maintain the required production output and cycle time.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must be ready to work in Shift timing at Mfg Site.
• Must be ITI / Diploma or any graduate.
• Candidate should have clean room Molding experience
• Preferably from pharma or medical device industry.
• Should have basic knowledge of component inspection, component checking and measurement, minor troubleshooting etc.
