Job summary

Rushme International Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced operator to manage plastic production machines in our facility. The role requires setting up, starting, operating, and monitoring production lines to meet targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

The candidate should have 5+ years in plastic manufacturing, hands-on machinery experience, and CPFT certification or similar qualification is preferred. Willingness to work in Fiji is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plastic manufacturing/production.
• Hands-on experience operating plastic processing or production machinery.
• CPFT certification in Plastic or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Good understanding of production processes and machine operations.
• Ability to independently operate machinery with minimal supervision.
• Good awareness of quality and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to communicate in Hindi or English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to resolve machine-related issues.
