Job summary

DMart in Hyderabad, Telangana is seeking a Packing Line Operator to manage a small team and ensure efficient production. You will operate weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and coding on packing machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in FMCG or related food production and an ITI certificate in mechanical or electrical trades. Assist with maintenance and process improvements, reporting to the HR department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machinery and safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic production issues.
• Willingness to operate and supervise a packing line.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing machines (weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, coding).

• Manage a team of 5-6 team members and allocate the work as per their skill and ability, plan their continuous training and upgrade.
