Role Overview

We are seeking a Machine Operator – Dairy Production to support our manufacturing operations, particularly in ice cream and chhas production. The role involves operating production machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient and hygienic production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain dairy and ice cream production machinery, including mixing, freezing, and packaging equipment
• Follow approved recipes, formulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as milk, cream, sugar, and flavorings accurately
• Perform routine quality checks for texture, consistency, temperature, and appearance
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across the production area
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime
• Support daily production planning to achieve output targets and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely production
• Fast-paced dairy production facility
• Exposure to varying temperatures, machinery noise, and production schedules
• Rotational or flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience Requirement

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in the dairy and ice cream industry only
• CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
