Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in cloud or IT administration, with demonstrable expertise in Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-level organizations, ideally focusing on IT infrastructure modernization or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Lead the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity across enterprise environments.
• Deployment & Migration: Design and implement deployment and migration strategies for seamless transitions and scalable outcomes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Automation: Drive automation initiatives using scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative efforts.
• Endpoint Management: Manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management tools, delivering secure, policy-driven device configuration and robust endpoint security.
• Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS): Implement and oversee EMS solutions to strengthen client infrastructure and address evolving cybersecurity threats.
• Azure Active Directory Integration: Integrate Azure Active Directory with business processes to ensure secure authentication, access control, and identity solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs and achieve measurable results.
