Job summary

Quadra is seeking a M365 Support Engineer to optimize and sustain Microsoft 365 environments for diverse clients. You will drive resolution of incidents, configure Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, and bolster security posture with Defender XDR. You’ll educate clients, document solutions, and contribute to automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, proactive problem solving, and a customer-focused approach in fast-changing digital environments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exposure to enterprise collaboration tools in professional or academic settings.
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing equivalent certification in CS/IT.

• Drive resolution of technical issues across Microsoft 365 services to ensure operational continuity.
• Lead troubleshooting and configuration of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Deliver end-user support, educate clients on best practices, and elevate customer experience.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 Admin Center configurations for security and governance.
• Manage deployment and monitoring of Defender XDR to enhance cloud security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of technical issues across Microsoft 365 services to ensure operational continuity and rapid user incident closure
• Lead troubleshooting and configuration of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive to maximize collaboration and data integrity
• Deliver end-user support, educate clients on best practices, and elevate customer experience in rapidly evolving digital environments
• Optimize Microsoft 365 Admin Center configurations to strengthen compliance, security, and resource governance
• Manage deployment and monitoring of Defender XDR, proactively enhancing cloud security posture for enterprise clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support strategies with evolving business requirements and technical standards
• Document technical solutions and generate actionable insights for knowledge base improvements and future automation
• Analyze incident and usage data to identify opportunities for optimization and preventive action across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
