Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru is seeking a Platform Engineer to operate and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads and drive automation via PowerShell. You will provide 3rd-line support, contribute to platform architecture, and support migrations, with a focus on security, governance, and ITIL-aligned processes.

This role suits hands-on engineers familiar with cloud operations and integration patterns, ready to shape scalable operational models in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Solid PowerShell scripting skills for automation, provisioning, and reporting.
• Understanding of cloud platform operations, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Experience with platform engineering and infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based operations and incident/change processes.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Exposure to security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
