Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to administer, secure and optimize the enterprise M365 environment across a global footprint. You will manage tenant services, monitor health and drive performance improvements.

The role emphasizes security, compliance, incident response, migrations, and automation, with a focus on training users and enabling adoption of new features.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Exchange Online and Teams.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with Copilot, Power Automate and Microsoft Graph API.
• Solid understanding of mail flow (SMTP, connectors) and identity.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Experience managing M&A migration projects for Microsoft O365.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base articles.
• Provide end-user training and adoption support for new features.

Job Summary

Microsoft 365 Engineer – responsible for administering, configuring, securing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environment across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• M365 Administration – Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant services, monitor health, ensure optimal performance.
• Security & Compliance – Implement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, compliance policies using Microsoft Purview.
• Incident & Service Request Management – Provide Level 3 support for M365 incidents, manage incident ticketing tools such as Proofpoint, Mimecast, SendGrid, Miro, Global Relay, Docusign and Dropbox.
• Migration & Integration – Plan and execute migrations (tenant‑to‑tenant, etc.) and integrate M365 services with third‑party platforms.
• Automation & AI – Design and deliver AI‑enabled solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management – Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge base articles.
• User Training & Adoption – Provide end‑user training and support, champion solutions, promote adoption of new features.

• Experience with security tools (Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Intune)

• Experience with communication tools (Symphony, Ice Chat, WeChat, WhatsApp)
• Exposure to hybrid Exchange environments
• Knowledge of M365 security & compliance (DLP, retention)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS‑102)
• Minimum one Associate certification in Teams, Endpoint, Identity, or Security
