Job summary

Ample Success HR is seeking a hands-on Migration Architect for a Microsoft 365 GCC to Commercial Tenant-to-Tenant migration. The role requires independent planning and execution of migration waves, including mailbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint content migration, as well as recreating Teams and groups in the target environment.

Key tasks include reapplying permissions, ensuring data integrity post-migration, troubleshooting issues, and delivering validation reports for customer sign-off.

Qualifications

• Hands-on migration execution is required.
• Experience with GCC to Commercial Tenant-to-Tenant migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Ability to validate data integrity post-migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute migration waves, including building and running mailbox migration batches.
• Migrate OneDrive and SharePoint content.
• Recreate Microsoft Teams and groups in the target environment.
• Reapply permissions and ensure data integrity post-migration.
• Troubleshoot migration failures and resolve technical issues independently.
• Prepare validation reports for customer review and sign-off.
• Work in alignment with the FHLB Architect's design while taking complete ownership of day-to-day migration execution.
