AIS InfoSource in Vadodara seeks a detail-oriented Low Voltage Estimator Engineer to join the Operations team. You will review construction drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, and estimate material, labor, and system costs across Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, BDA/ERRCS, and Structured Cabling.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Low Voltage Estimator Engineer to join our Operations team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings, conducting accurate quantity takeoffs, estimating material, labor, and system costs, and ensuring full technical compliance with code requirements across low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, BDA/ERRCS, and Structured Cabling systems, alongside comprehensive knowledge of NFPA, NEC, IFC, IBC, and local AHJ standards.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and addenda. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, internal management, and project teams. Ability to write clear proposals, budgets, exclusions, assumptions, and professional email correspondence. Ability to present technical cost estimates, value engineering options, and alternate solutions persuasively to management and clients.
Ability to review complex construction documents, evaluate vendor pricing, and establish accurate cost estimates and BOMs. Ability to interpret technical drawings, mathematical labor units, and local code requirements, and resolve discrepancies through value engineering and alternate solutions. Ability to analyze project variables, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and make sound decisions during project turnover.
