Responsibilities

Develop and drive sales of specialty ingredients used in cosmeceutical, personal care, pharma, food, and coating industries for products manufactured by the company, including the trading of products in demand to achieve the annual operating plan (AOP). Review weekly and monthly CRM reports focusing on AOP achievements, collection targets, contracts, overdue accounts, and debtors. Expand sales through distributors, contract manufacturers, and end customers within the assigned territory by providing sample support and necessary documentation. Drive new customer relationships and collaborate with a diverse team of peers to meet customer and internal needs.
