Job summary

TTK Prestige Ltd. in India is seeking a regional logistics and warehouse operations leader to manage day-to-day activities, ensure timely dispatches, optimize transportation, and maintain inventory accuracy across the assigned region.

The role collaborates with 3PL partners, distributors and internal teams; requires strong SAP/ERP proficiency, Excel skills, and the ability to prepare MIS reports while abiding by safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably Supply Chain / Logistics.
• 37 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Experience in Consumer Durables, Electronics or FMCG will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP/ERP, Excel and logistics documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day regional warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate dispatch planning, transportation and timely delivery of products across the assigned region.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory reconciliation and warehouse accuracy.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track vehicle placement, delivery status, freight costs and logistics performance.
• Ensure proper documentation, bill processing and freight invoice verification.
• Work on SAP/ERP for stock updates, dispatch tracking and logistics reports.
• Prepare MIS reports related to dispatches, inventory, transportation and logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
