Job summary

TeamLease in Pune is seeking a Logistics Specialist / Coordinator to manage daily dispatch, routing and inventory across ambient and frozen supply chains. You will coordinate with TBEL and 3P warehouses, ensure temperature compliance, and work with transporters to deliver on time.

The role requires a postgraduate qualification and strong MS Excel/MIS skills, plus familiarity with ERP/WMS and HACCP/FSSAI standards. This position is based on-site in Pune.

Qualifications

• 24 years experience preferred in FMCG/F&B/Hospitality logistics.
• Post-Graduate preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and logistics processes.
• Understanding of warehouse, transport, inventory and cold-chain operations.
• Knowledge of GMP/GSP and HACCP/FSSAI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Sales dispatch schedules, routing, delivery planning and manifests.
• Coordinate movement of ambient and frozen products from TBEL warehouses to 3P warehouses/distributors with temperature compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate and timely order preparation and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory at TBEL and 3P warehouses and ensure stock levels.
• Conduct inventory/service-level audits and monitor GMP/GSP and HACCP practices at 3P warehouses.
• Coordinate with third-party transporters and drivers for vehicle planning, tracking and delivery.
• Act as coordination point with Sales for delivery status, short shipments, urgent requirements and replacements.
• Coordinate product returns, credit notes, claims and delivery exceptions.
• Ensure timely bill booking and payment coordination for 3P warehouse and transport providers.
• Manage international courier alignment and shipment tracking.
• Handle logistics documentation and related activities.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP/FSSAI requirements.

Key Responsibilities
