Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counting and perpetual audits.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement RCA/CAPA actions.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, vendors and transporters for timely material movement.
• Monitor order fulfillment and on-time dispatch as per business demand.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material storage.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audits.

JD– Warehouse Assistant Officer/Officer

• Good exposure in Warehouse/Store operations with min. 3 - 6 years of experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations (Inbound, Storage, Picking, Packing & Dispatch).
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counting and perpetual inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement RCA, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
• ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Formulas, Logical function, Reports)
• Warehouse operations flow (Inbound, Outbound)
• Create Return Orders (RO), Goods Receipt (GR), and maintain data in ERP.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, vendors, and transporters for timely material movement.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure on-time dispatch as per business demand.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material storage.
• Handle vendor and subcontractor issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, productivity, and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with 6S, Safety, SOPs, and Quality standards.
• Prepare MIS reports and support internal/external audits.
• Lead and train warehouse team to improve operational efficiency.
