Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an export bookings specialist in Pune to manage international shipments, align with distributor requirements, and coordinate with production teams.

You will prepare, verify, and release export documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, origin certificates, and FTA paperwork, ensuring compliance and on-time vessel departures.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of export booking processes, vessel planning, and international shipment execution.
• Good understanding of export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, FTA documents, etc.)
• Plan and arrange export bookings based on distributor requirements, production readiness, payment status, and vessel schedules.
• Prepare, verify, and release Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, FTA documents, and other statutory export documents.
