This role, titled Test Evergreen2_1tt, offers an excellent opportunity to work in the semiconductor assembly and testing industry, contributing to capital expenditure planning and execution to support our business growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

In this position, you will be involved in the planning, coordination, and supervision of capital expenditure projects that directly impact our manufacturing and testing capabilities. Your work will centre on ensuring that the investments in equipment, technology, and infrastructure align with the company’s strategic goals and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and procurement to identify and evaluate capital expenditure needs.
• Support project planning activities including budgeting, vendor negotiations, and timeline management to ensure successful deployment of resources in Die attach, Molding, Laser marking, and Pick & Place processes.
• Analyze process competencies and equipment specifications relevant to semiconductor assembly and testing to inform capex decisions.
• Monitor progress of capital expenditure projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying potential risks or opportunities for optimisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to capex planning and execution, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting related to capital investment projects for compliance and strategic review.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Experience or strong familiarity with semiconductor packaging processes including Die attach, Molding, Laser marking, and Pick & Place is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
