Job summary

HRD House in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced International Logistics Specialist to coordinate end-to-end shipping for pharmaceutical and medical supplies. The role covers air, sea, and road shipments, bookings, documentation, and customer coordination.

You will ensure compliance with customs, Incoterms, and cold-chain requirements, monitor status, reduce delays, and optimize freight costs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus a relevant degree, are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have knowledge of international logistics and import/export operations.
• Candidates should be knowledgeable in customs clearance, shipping documents and Incoterms.
• Candidates should have knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, cold-chain transportation and temperature-sensitive shipments.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses and international customers.
• Knowledge of freight costing, shipment tracking and delivery management.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments by air, sea, road and courier.
• Arrange shipment bookings, quotations, collections and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, AWB, B/L and export documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers and customers.
• Manage pharmaceutical and medical shipments, including cold-chain logistics.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, import/export requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, resolving delays and maintaining MIS reports.
• Freight cost control, shipment consolidation and delivery performance optimization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Trade / Business Administration

5. Candidate will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical and medical supply shipments, including temperature-controlled and cold-chain logistics.
6. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, import/export requirements, and customer-specific shipping instructions.
7. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipment status, resolving delays, managing logistics risks, and maintaining shipment records and MIS reports.
8. Candidate will be responsible for freight cost control, shipment consolidation, delivery performance tracking, and continuous process improvement.
