Walplast Products in Alwar is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive - Logistics to manage truck placement, track vehicles, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate freight, oversee billing, and onboard transporters to optimize movement across the supply chain. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant logistics experience and graduate education, with cement industry knowledge and strong communication with sales and interdepartmental teams.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of relevant logistics experience
• Experience in cement industry is preferred
• Education: Any Graduate (as stated)

Responsabilidades

• Place trucks on time and ensure quick deployment to deliveries.
• Track vehicle movement from dispatch to delivery.
• Monitor and manage in-transit damages and raise issues promptly.
• Coordinate freight with carriers and optimize rates.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure on-time bill settlements.
• Discover and onboard transporters, including rate negotiations.
• Coordinate with Plant and B2B vendors for smooth operations.
• Keep sales updated on delivery status and issues.
• Follow up with customers to secure on-time transporter payments.
• Prepare and share MIS reports daily.
• Maintain freight payment tracker and ensure accuracy.
