Wipro in Salt Lake Sec-V is seeking a SCM & Logistics Executive to join on a full-time, permanent basis. Immediate joiners preferred. You will work five days a week from the office with an early morning shift starting at 3:30 AM; graduation is mandatory.

Responsibilities include managing rate cards, invoicing, POD processing, schedules, and KPI reporting while ensuring smooth logistics operations and stakeholder coordination. This role offers permanent payroll through Wipro.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or export-import operations is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain carrier rate cards and contract data for RCTI.
• Perform freight invoice reconciliation and audit activities.
• Process and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
• Enter, update, and maintain delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and proactively flag delivery exceptions.
• Prepare transportation KPI reports, including OTIF, cost per tonne, and utilization metrics.
• Compile and maintain carrier performance scorecards.
• Generate and distribute logistics dashboards and operational reports.
• Maintain warehouse master data and location records.
• Prepare warehouse utilization and throughput reports.
• Support logistics process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain carrier rate cards and contract data for RCTI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Relations, Order Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or export-import operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including:
• Transportation Management
• Warehouse Operations
• Inventory Control
• Supply Chain Optimization
• Experience in Export-Import Documentation is mandatory/preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive process improvements.
• Strong written communication and comprehension skills.

Technical Skills

• Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting, Data Analysis).
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with internet-based applications and logistics systems.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Transportation Coordination, Warehouse Reporting, Order Management, or Export-Import processes.
• Experience in KPI reporting, logistics dashboards, carrier management, and shipment tracking.
