Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Logistics Executive who will be responsible for daily tracking of shipments with warehouse and transporters and maintaining POD.

What you’ll do as the Logistics Executive:

1. Daily Tracking of Shipments in coordination with Warehouse & Transporter
2. Downloading Daily Shipment Report
3. Ensuring Availability of AWB
4. Ensuring Delivery within TAT
5. Sharing MIS
6. Maintaining POD
7. Ensuring all E-PODs from Respective Service Providers, Indexing, and Storage
8. Processing Insurance Claims
9. Timely Processing of Insurance Claim
10. Addressing Internal and External Customer Escalation w.r.t Delivery
11. Managing Critical Deliveries
12. Escalation to 3PL
13. Order to Invoice coordination for Logistics Services Rendered to Customer
14. Coordination with Sales & OMT
15. Supporting Warehouse on E-Way Bill
16. On Invoicing and Stock-Out
17. Performing Inventory Count on Regular Intervals
18. Ensuring MIS as when Required

What you will bring to the team:

• Graduate
• 3-5 Years of Experience
• Good Understanding of Logistics Preferably “Working of the courier industry”, Warehousing
• Good In Excel
