Job summary

Dermatouch is seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Executive to streamline end-to-end logistics, from procurement to distribution, for a fast-growing D2C skincare brand.

You will coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving cost optimization and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations (FMCG or D2C preferred).
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, and transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in logistics operations.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer queries related to logistics.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance.
• Assist in cost optimization initiatives related to transportation and storage.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/logistics software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
