Dermatouch is seeking a proactive Operations Support Executive to coordinate daily operations, manage MIS reporting, and maintain documentation.

You will work with the warehouse, logistics partners, vendors and internal teams to ensure orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery, while fostering a collaborative, growth‑driven culture.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on learning across end‑to‑end operations in a fast‑growing skincare brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream)
• Minimum 1 year in Operations, Warehouse or Logistics
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Hands-on learning across end-to-end operations

Responsibilities
