• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation, customs declarations, permits, licenses, and certificates for customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment status, respond to customer and internal inquiries, and communicate delivery updates, delays, and risks.
• Support transportation planning and negotiations by providing freight cost analyses, route evaluations, and alternative shipping solutions.

Your responsibilities

• You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, select the most appropriate transportation solutions while ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• You will collaborate with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and external authorities to execute shipments and meet customs requirements.
• You will prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation, customs declarations, permits, licenses, and certificates required for successful customs clearance.
• You will monitor shipment status, respond to customer and internal enquiries, and proactively communicate delivery updates, delays, and potential risks.
• You will support transportation planning and negotiations by providing freight cost analyses, route evaluations, and alternative shipping solutions while maintaining accurate logistics records and reports.

Qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, or a related function.
• You have a good understanding of transportation processes, shipping documentation, customs clearance requirements, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
