Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations and dispatch planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, and transporters.
• Handle B2C and B2B order processing (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Monitor inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain MIS reports and logistics data.
• Ensure proper packaging and quality checks.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations.
• Verify invoices.
• Inspect returned vehicles.
• Coordinate with the corporate and plant teams.
