• Performs QC checks on all incoming goods from vendors.

• Identifies damaged, defective, or mismatched products and reports discrepancies.
• Coordinates with vendors, purchasing, warehouse and accounts to resolve issues.
• Maintains proper documentation and records for inbound shipments.
• Updates inventory and inward entries in the system/ERP accurately.
• Maintains daily reports on inward materials, shortages, damages and returns.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Executive to manage and monitor the inward movement of goods from vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring accurate system updates and reporting.

This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control (QC) checks on all incoming goods received from vendors
• Verify received quantities against vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans
• Identify damaged, defective, or mismatched products and report discrepancies immediately
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase team, warehouse team, and accounts department to resolve issues
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all inbound shipments
• Update inventory and inward entries accurately in the system/ERP software
• Maintain daily reports related to inward materials, shortages, damages, and returns
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards during the receiving process
• Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation activities when required
• Ensure timely communication with relevant departments regarding pending or disputed deliveries
• Experience in vendor coordination and inbound operations
• Strong understanding of QC inspection processes and documentation handling
• Good knowledge of inventory systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
