Alstom in Bangalore is seeking a full-time Logistic Associate to apply your supply chain and finance expertise in a dynamic rail environment. You will collaborate with Site Logistics, Sourcing, and Finance Shared Services to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and related governance processes.
The role focuses on ensuring timely invoice submission, PO management, and service entry, while contributing to continuous improvement and data-driven MIS reporting.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring vendor management excellence and driving key metrics across global sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Site Logistics, Sourcing, Finance Shared Services, and Procurement), manage vendor payments and reconciliations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of governance processes for supplier payment escalations and invoice accounting, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide solutions for invoice closures.
