Alstom in Bengaluru, India seeks a skilled supply chain and finance professional to drive governance for supplier payments and invoice accounting. You will collaborate across Site Logistics, Sourcing, and Finance Shared Services, manage POs, SRN, and freight validation while improving processes.
You’ll use SAP, SAP ARIBA, and Excel to resolve data anomalies, generate MIS reports, and support continuous improvement. 5–7+ years’ experience preferred.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring vendor management excellence and driving key metrics across global sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Site Logistics, Sourcing, Finance Shared Services, and Procurement), manage vendor payments and reconciliations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of governance processes for supplier payment escalations and invoice accounting, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide solutions for invoice closures.
