Role Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated interns for a 3-month internship program to provide hands-on exposure to the logistics industry. During the internship, you will learn logistics operations, client coordination, shipment tracking, documentation, and reporting while working closely with experienced professionals.

Your performance, learning ability, discipline, and overall contribution will be evaluated throughout the internship. Based on your performance and business requirements, you may be considered for a full-time role with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Operations Support
• Assist the Operations team in day-to-day logistics activities.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of operations.
• B. Client Coordination
• Assist in communicating with clients regarding shipment updates.
• Handle basic client queries under the guidance of the reporting manager.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• C. Documentation & Reporting
• Update operational data and maintain records.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain proper documentation of operational activities.
• D. Learning & Development
• Learn company processes, logistics operations, and customer service standards.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Perform tasks assigned by the reporting manager and actively contribute to team objectives.
