Key Responsibilities

• Manage Bookings: Take full responsibility for arranging vessel bookings, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of shipments.
• Coordinate with Vessel Teams: Communicate effectively with vessel teams to confirm bookings, address inquiries, and resolve any operational issues.
• Oversee Operations: Handle all logistics operations related to ocean freight, ensuring smooth execution from booking to delivery.
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize logistics data from various internal sources to maintain accurate records.
• Support Reporting: Assist in maintaining databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights on operational performance.
• Conduct Data Validation: Perform checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data related to bookings and vessel operations.
• Prepare Reports: Help prepare summaries and reports for internal teams, providing insights into operational efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate on Projects: Work with team members on data-driven projects and process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
