Job summary

MH London is offering a four-month in-office internship in India (Uttar Pradesh, Dadri). The role focuses on supply chain activities, including Excel/SharePoint record-keeping, shipment tracking, and reconciliation of invoiced vs. received quantities.

A bachelor’s in supply chain or related field is required, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred. Stipend is ₹15,000 per month. Applicants must be available full-time during the internship period, with a start window between 25 Sep 2026

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update purchase orders, shipment trackers, and product records using Excel and SharePoint.
• Track inbound shipments and containers, including ETAs, status updates, and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouses and internal teams regarding deliveries, order releases, receiving, and pending documents.
• Reconcile invoiced vs. received quantities and identify shortages, overages, damages, or data discrepancies.
• Prepare reports, follow-up lists, and tracker updates while supporting freight, inventory, and supply chain operations.

About the internship:
