Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify logistics documents including Delivery Challan, E-way Bill, Transport Permit, Gate Pass, Invoices and export/import docs.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation before dispatch.
• Operate the weighbridge and maintain accurate weight records; ensure tanker sealing.
• Prepare daily shift reports and logistics performance summaries; maintain dispatch/vehicle records.
• Monitor on-time dispatch and improve vehicle turnaround time; coordinate with transporters and drivers.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation before dispatch.


• Weighbridge & Tanker Operations


• Operate the weighbridge and maintain accurate weight records.


• Ensure proper sealing of tankers before dispatch.


• Check tankers as per the prescribed checklist.


• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and operational requirements.


• Shift Reporting


• Prepare daily shift reports and logistics performance summaries.


• Maintain records related to dispatches, vehicle movement and operational activities.


• Dispatch & Vehicle Management


• Monitor and ensure on-time dispatch performance.


• Monitor and improve vehicle turnaround time (TAT).


• Manage vehicle parking and movement within the designated area.


• Coordinate with relevant departments, transporters and drivers for smooth dispatch operations.
