Job summary

Greaves Finance is a leading financial services company specializing in two-wheeler financing and customer-centric lending solutions. At our Anantapur, Kadapa, and other locations, we seek professionals to drive loan sales, assist customers with applications, and coordinate with credit teams for rapid approvals.

Candidates with 6+ months in loans and knowledge of vehicle finance will thrive in a target-driven environment, interacting with customers at dealership showrooms to close disbursements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Loans Department.
• Experience in Vehicle Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, Auto Finance, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, or related financial products.
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and achieving sales targets.
• Language: fluent in the local language; basic English is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
• Understanding of loan documentation and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Be stationed at the assigned two-wheeler dealership/showroom.
• Explain available finance schemes to walk-in customers.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately.
• Collect, verify, and upload customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for faster loan approvals.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement is completed.
• Maintain relationships with showroom sales executives and dealership staff.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation while following company policies.
• Generate leads from showroom walk-ins and convert them into loan disbursements.
• Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity trackers.
• Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, EMI, documentation, and repayment.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
