Job summary

MCV Vehicle Finance in Hyderabad seeks a results-driven sales leader to manage and grow the two-wheeler finance portfolio. You will guide a regional team across Area Managers, Sales Managers, and Executives, building strong dealer relationships and driving loan disbursement targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of auto finance operations, risk basics, and a proven ability to negotiate with dealers to achieve growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto finance / NBFC sales operations.
• Leadership and team handling for 30-50 members.
• Strong dealer management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of credit & risk basics.
• Target-driven with strong business development mindset.
• Experience in vehicle loan disbursement and dealer handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and finance for two-wheeler products across the region.
• Develop and implement region-wise sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead a team of Area Managers / Sales Managers / Executives.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, showrooms, and channel partners.
• Ensure loan disbursement targets and portfolio growth; monitor collections with the team.
• Identify new markets and expand dealer network and business reach.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews.

Role & responsibilities: -

• Driven Sales business 2 wheeler sales and finance
• Develop and implement region-wise sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage and lead a team of Area Managers / Sales Managers / Executives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, showrooms, and channel partners
• Ensure loan disbursement targets and portfolio growth
• Monitor collection performance in coordination with collections team
• Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up for payments.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce NPA.
• Identify new markets and expand dealer network and business reach
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and credit policies
• Drive cross selling of financial products (insurance, top-up loans, etc.)
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews

Additional Requirements

• Should be willing to travel across the assigned region Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong local market knowledge is an advantage

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of auto finance / NBFC sales operations
