Job summary

DFS is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Manager to lead a team of loan processors. You will ensure accurate loan production, maintain documentation, and monitor compliance with internal standards.

The role reports to the Director of Settlement Operations and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to drive performance and meet targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Loan Processing experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Prior experience processing DSCR Loans.
• Advanced experience with MS Office.
• Prior mortgage lending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete, and accurate loans are produced.
• Manage team of up to 8 Loan Processors.
• Verify that loan documents are maintained throughout the loan processing operation.
• Ensure loan files are in compliance with company standards.
• Manage and escalate issues affecting the team.
• Keep staff informed on changes in guidelines or procedures.
• Provide hands-on leadership and guide staff to meet goals.
• Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Direct loan processing to ensure targets and objectives are met.
• Manage daily production reports and staff workload to meet fluctuating demands.
• Assist with training and development of your team.

DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processing Manager to join our growing team. As the Loan Processing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in making reputed company your team of Loan Processors runs reputed company. This position will be reporting to the Director of Settlement Operations.

In This Role You Will

• Ensure complete, and accurate loans are produced
• Manage reputed company of up to 8 Loan Processors

Requirements

• 7+ years of Loan Processing experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Prior experience processing DSCR Loans
• Advanced experience with reputed company Office
• Prior reputed company experience is a plus.
• Hard reputed company lending experience is a plus
