Job summary

Spinny is seeking candidates with hands-on experience in auto/used car loans to handle end-to-end loan processing, approvals, and follow-ups with banks. The role requires working with loan tokens, cancellations, and timely submission of loan applications.

Responsibilities

• Follow up loan tokens with banks for file processing (approval & disbursement)
• Work experience in New/Used car loan sector; appetite to learn and grow
• Handle file login processes and instant approvals
• Follow up loan cancellations with central team & bank
• Manage subjectivity of loan processes
• Evaluate and authorize approval of business or credit loans
• Submit loan applications in a timely manner; prepare detailed loan proposals
• Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants
• Follow up loan case RTO for transfer & update to bank
• Pre-login follow up with customer, RM & closure team
• Used car loan experience preferred
