Happinesscue, Lucknow-based, is seeking a Loan Documentation Executive to support day-to-day customer handling, documentation, follow-up and process coordination. The role involves coordinating work, responding to enquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of activities across Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Lucknow and Mumbai after initial training.

Job description

• This is a client assignment being coordinated through HumanConnect Services.
• As Loan Documentation Executive, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with customer handling, documentation, follow-up, communication, process coordination.
• This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.
• The role is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years and is based across Delhi NCR / Jaipur / Lucknow / Mumbai.
• The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.
