Job summary

A K Constructions is seeking a skilled Home Loan Executive to manage the Home Loan Division in Lucknow. You will develop bank/NBFC tie-ups, handle the complete home loan process for customers, and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in home loans or banking, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/MIS. This is a full-time on-site position based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of property documentation and real estate loan processes.

• Ability to independently manage multiple loan cases.

Responsibilities

• Bank & Financial Institution tie-ups: Develop and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions; coordinate for new bank tie-ups and project approvals; negotiate with banking partners for better loan offerings.
• Customer Home Loan Process: Handle home loan requirements from application to disbursement; check eligibility; guide customers on loan options; assist with documentation; coordinate login, verification, sanction and disbursement.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Accounts and Documentation teams; ensure timely submission of property-related documents; maintain Home Loan MIS and provide regular reports to management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Home Loan Executive to manage the company's Home Loan Division, develop and maintain bank/NBFC tie-ups, and handle the complete home loan process for customers purchasing properties from the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank & Financial Institution Tie-Ups

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
• Coordinate for new bank tie-ups and project approvals.
• Negotiate and coordinate with banking partners for better customer loan offerings.
• Maintain regular communication with bank representatives, credit teams and relationship managers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the company, banks and customers.

2. Customer Home Loan Process

• Handle home loan requirements of customers from application to final disbursement.
• Check customer loan eligibility and guide customers regarding suitable loan options.
• Assist customers with application forms and required documentation.
• Coordinate with banks for login, verification, legal/technical checks, sanction and disbursement.
• Track every loan case and ensure timely movement at each stage.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and bank requirements.
• Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, sanction and disbursement.

3. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Accounts and Documentation teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure property-related documents required by banks are available and submitted on time.
• Maintain a proper Home Loan MIS with application status, sanction status, disbursement and pending cases.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding loan cases and bank performance.
