Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) seeks an experienced loan processing professional to support RBI reporting, data validation, and daily operations. You will handle repayments, monitor schedules, and ensure accuracy in calculations while coordinating with auditors and branches.

The role requires strong numerical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under high volume in a structured, compliant environment. Shift: General, on site in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in loan processing.
• Knowledge of RBI reporting related to loan sections.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high volume.
• Integrity, discipline and strong attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills for data validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns/rollovers/partial and total repayments (retail/corporate).
• Preparation/validation of RBI data and co-ordination with auditors.
• Monitor repayment schedules/interest payments/overdue, etc.
• Provide timely updates to branches, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS and maintain data accuracy.
• Process-driven, compliant and able to work in a team.

Job description

1. Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns / rollovers / partial and total repayments(retail/corporate)
2. Knowledge/ basic understanding of all RBI related reporting related to Loan section.
3. Preparation / Validation of data for RBI, HO, Auditors and co-ordinating with Auditors to handle their queries.
4. Strong numerical ability and accuracy
5. Good communication and customer service skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume.
7. Integrity, discipline and strong attention to details
8. Good Excel skills
9. Monitor repayment schedules/interest payment/ overdue etc
10. Handle loan account maintainance , rate change, tenure modifications etc
11. Ensure correct interest , charges and pently calculations
12. Identify operational risks and elevate discrepancies
13. Provide timely updates to branches, customers, internal stakeholders
14. Prepare daily/monthly MIS
15. Process driven and compliance oriented
16. Teamwork and stakeholder management.
