Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a Chennai-based unit providing loan processing support and RBI reporting for Mizuho Bank. The role requires handling drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, data validation for RBI/HQ/auditors, and maintaining accurate records with strong numerical and Excel skills.

You will manage high-volume processing under pressure, ensure accuracy in interest and charges, and coordinate with branches, auditors, and internal stakeholders while upholding integrity and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns / rollovers / partial and total repayments (retail/corporate).
• Knowledge/ basic understanding of RBI related reporting related to Loan section.
• Preparation / Validation of data for RBI, HO, Auditors and co-ordinating with Auditors to handle their queries.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume.
• Integrity, discipline and strong attention to details.
• Good Excel skills.
• Monitor repayment schedules/interest payment/ overdue etc
• Handle loan account maintenance , rate change, tenure modifications etc
• Ensure correct interest , charges and pently calculations
• Identify operational risks and escalate discrepancies
• Provide timely updates to branches, customers, internal stakeholders
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS
• Process driven and compliance oriented
• Teamwork and stakeholder management.
