Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with strong project management and communication skills to join our diverse team. As an LMS Administrator, you will act as a key link between the learning functions and customers all over the world. You will play a critical role in managing learning offerings across different countries, ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders including customers. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, project management, data management, and reporting skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Looking for 1+ year of experience
• Technical aptitude: Affinity for IT applications.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (especially Cornerstone OnDemand) is a strong plus.
• Fluent English skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
• Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Organizational excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands and strong communication skills.
• Proactivity and autonomy: Proactive attitude to drive projects independently and take accountability for outcomes.
