Job summary

ZEISS India, headquartered in Bengaluru, is seeking a Customer Service/Order Management professional to support orders from booking to delivery.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams, handle queries and escalations, and ensure accurate records. Fluency in English and local language is required, and experience in optical/vision care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Operations; optical/vision care is preferred.
• Good command of English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from booking to final delivery.
• Provide proactive order-status updates and coordinate with customers, Sales, Logistics, Labs and MSP teams.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations within defined TATs.
• Support digital ordering/CRM platforms and assist customers with order-related issues.
• Coordinate deliveries, order diversions, accompan iments and stock-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, stock data, invoices and relevant customer documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify delays, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support payment follow-ups and other customer-related operational requirements as needed.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, compliance requirements and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
