Job summary

Idexcel is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage Cornerstone LMS with a focus on assigning training, creating curricula, and monitoring sessions. You will support a global user base from multiple locations in India, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standardized processes.

The role requires 3+ years of LMS experience and strong communication skills. Immediate joining is preferred with exposure to SCORM and AICC modules, plus ServiceNow familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant LMS administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, IT, quality management or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Cornerstone LMS Administration and related tasks.
• Ability to support 24x7 customer support and global users.

Responsibilities

• Assign training and create/update curricula in Cornerstone LMS.
• Manage sessions using advanced functionality and maintain training history.
• Load, test, and troubleshoot eLearning modules (SCORM, AICC).
• Generate LMS reports and dashboard views.
• Follow global processes and document work accurately.
• Provide professional communication and support for a global user base.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to support a global user base professionally and efficiently
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., generating LMS reports, dashboard views)
• Ability to follow standardized global processes and ensure accurate documentation of work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting service level expectations
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to support 24X7 customer support
• LMS experience in Life Sciences / Aero industry
