Job summary

DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd in Thane West is seeking an experienced Moodle Developer/Administrator to manage Moodle LMS, integrations and upgrades. The role demands expertise in Moodle architecture, administration and vendor coordination. You will architect, administer and support Moodle environments, coordinate with vendors, and train teams in Moodle functionalities.

A minimum 7 years experience with an Engineering or BCA degree is required. The position follows a 5-day WFO workweek.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Moodle development or LMS administration.
• Engineering or BCA degree required.
• Experience with Moodle APIs and integrations with third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture, administration and functional support for Moodle LMS.
• Perform technology analysis of new platforms, apps or plugins to meet requirements.
• Plan, test, execute and validate Moodle enhancements, customizations and upgrades.
• Coordinate end-to-end with vendors for LMS implementation and upgrades.
• Administer, maintain, update and document Moodle LMS environment and plugins.
• Provide expertise, train and support team in Moodle functionalities.
• Manage content lifecycle: upload, update, track Moodle courses and materials.
• Handle Moodle requests and issues with the help desk.

Job description

Looking for incumbent with expertise in Moodle Development, Integrations and Implementations. An individual with 7 years plus of experience with Engineering or BCA degree.

Job Location: Thane West (5 days work week - WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Provide architecture, administration and functional support for Moodle LMS
• Do technology Analysis of new platforms/applications/plugins to meet new requirements
• Recommend, plan, test, execute and validate Moodle enhancements, customizations and upgrades
• Do end to end coordination with vendors for LMS implementation and upgradation from time to time
• Administer, maintain, update and document the Moodle LMS environment and plug-ins
• Provide expertise, consult, train and support team in the application of Moodle functionalities
• Manage the process by which existing courses are revised and refreshed for release to subsequent cohorts
• Manage the life cycle of content (i.e. uploading, updating, tracking, etc.) in Moodle
• Handle Moodle technical and functional service requests, issues and resolve them with the help support team
