Job summary

Graviti Exchange is building India's next-generation VDA exchange with Spot, Perpetual Futures, Options, and Copy Trading. We seek an experienced Manager Liquidity & Exchange Operations to oversee day-to-day liquidity and trading operations, ensuring uninterrupted trading and resilient risk controls.

You will coordinate with engineering, risk, compliance, finance, and external liquidity partners to optimize order books, pricing, and execution quality while supporting listings and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, CS, Mathematics, or related field.
• 36 years of experience in Crypto Exchange Operations, Trading Operations, Liquidity Management, Market Making, Capital Markets, or Institutional Trading.
• Strong understanding of order books, market microstructure, perpetual futures, funding rates, leverage, and exchange operations.
• Experience with exchange APIs, trading platforms, market makers, or liquidity providers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity across Spot, Perpetual Futures, Options, and Copy Trading.
• Monitor exchange connectivity, market data, and trading infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted trading operations.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers and market makers to maintain healthy order books, competitive spreads, and execution quality.
• Monitor market depth, funding rates, pricing anomalies, slippage, and execution performance.
• Support token listings, trading pair launches, and product rollouts by coordinating operational readiness across teams.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, including exchange connectivity failures, API disruptions, pricing discrepancies, and trade exceptions.
• Work closely with Engineering on exchange integrations, trading APIs, market data feeds, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to identify operational and market risks and implement appropriate controls.
• Develop operational procedures, incident management processes, and performance monitoring dashboards.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Manager Liquidity & Exchange Operations to oversee the day-to-day liquidity and trading operations of the exchange. The role will be responsible for managing exchange connectivity, liquidity providers, market makers, trading operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchange operations, derivatives, and liquidity management while working closely with Engineering, Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external liquidity partners.

• Experience working with exchange APIs, trading platforms, market makers, or liquidity providers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech platforms, proprietary trading firms, or market makers.
• Knowledge of exchange connectivity, liquidity routing, FIX/REST/WebSocket APIs, and trading infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of risk management and exchange surveillance frameworks.
