Job Details:

• Overseeing and leading real-time trading operations with associate traders, ensuring smooth execution of strategies and identifying potential inefficiencies.
• Acting as the first line of defense in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving trade execution issues, exchange connectivity disruptions, and unexpected market behavior.
• Managing relationships with crypto exchanges, troubleshoot API issues, and optimize trading infrastructure for efficiency.
• Investigating trade anomalies, settlement discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with exchange policies.
• Implementing and maintaining pre-trade and post-trade risk controls, ensuring adherence to internal and external risk management guidelines.
• Working closely with quant researchers and engineers to refine execution algorithms, minimize slippage, and reduce trading latency.
• Identifying opportunities to automate trade monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Staying informed about market structure changes, exchange rules, and regulatory developments in the crypto trading ecosystem.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably within financial services or technology streams.
• 3-7 years of experience in trade operations, execution support, or risk management in a high-frequency trading, market-making, or crypto trading firm.
• Solid proficient knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, and familiarity with trading APIs (REST/WebSocket/FIX).
• Possess a strong understanding of crypto exchange order types, trading fees, settlement processes, and liquidity dynamics.
• Able to quickly diagnose and resolve real-time trading issues under high-pressure conditions.
• Extensive familiarity with post-trade analytics, execution quality metrics, and order book dynamics.
• Exposure to risk and compliance obligations, by implementing pre-trade/post-trade risk controls and understanding exchange policies.
• Interface cross-functionally with traders, developers, and risk managers to optimize operations.
• Must have strong verbal, written communication skills.
• Display analytical, and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations
