Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Linux server environment.
• Perform regular system backups and restoration testing.
• Ensure server security and patch management.
• Install and configure server and application software.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access controls.
• Work with virtualization technologies.
• Troubleshoot tickets, monitor infrastructure, and handle escalations of low to medium complexity.
• Maintain ticket ownership, response, resolution, and updates.
• Adhere to customer SLAs across all levels.
