Job summary

Concepts Hygiene is seeking a Line Operator to operate and monitor the production/filling line, ensuring smooth manufacturing, proper product levels, and minimal wastage while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

You will coordinate with the production team, perform basic machine checks, manage line personnel, report issues, and help maintain production records in a GMP-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the production/filling line efficiently.
• Ensure the filling line is working properly throughout the shift.
• Maintain the required product level during production.
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform basic machine checks before starting operations.
• Manage and guide manpower working on the production line.
• Allocate work responsibilities to line workers as per production requirements.
• Ensure discipline and smooth coordination among team members.
• Monitor material usage and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
• Report any leakage, spillage, or abnormal wastage immediately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene practices during operations.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained during production.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and machines.
• Maintain production records and line-related reports.
• Inform supervisors about machine breakdowns or production issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required.
