Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Life Sciences Experienced Analyst to join our life sciences practice. You will conduct hypothesis-based analysis, perform primary and secondary research, and develop forecast models to drive client decisions.

The role offers a hybrid work model with onboarding in office and a 50% in-office schedule; requires 12 months of life sciences consulting experience, undergraduate or master’s in life sciences, and excellent English

You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Your work may span multiple projects supporting targeted activities or entire workstreams which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:

• Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
• Complete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Requirements

The successful life sciences analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and workstream management
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in life sciences consulting.

Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding & training and then schedule adjusts to 50% in office expectation.
