Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners, LLC in India (Gurgaon) invites a life sciences consulting professional to join our hybrid team. You will work on multi‑project assignments, develop hypothesis‑driven analyses, and deliver actionable client recommendations across biopharma, devices, and diagnostics.

Ideal candidates hold an undergraduate or master’s degree in life sciences and at least three years of consulting experience. Onboarding is 100% in office, then a 50% in‑office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and ClearView teams to address strategic questions in biopharma, devices, and diagnostics.
• Conduct hypothesis-based problem solving and develop templated outputs for deliverables.
• Manage multiple workstreams with appropriate oversight and collaboration.
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decisions.
• Communicate recommendations to inform strategy and maximize value.

Serving clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces, we provide world‑class strategic decision‑making support across a diverse range of business issues. You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.

Responsibilities

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. Initially, your work will span multiple projects supporting targeted activities which may be different across each project. Those activities include the following:

• Conduct complex problem‑solving through a hypothesis‑based approach


• Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverable


• Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight


• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision‑making


• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value

Requirements

• Able to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in life sciences consulting

Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding & training and then schedule adjusts to 50% in office expectation. Standard working hours are from 10:00AM to 7:00PM IST.
